Pligg v/s Wordpress & CMSMS

Hi friends

I just come across a new CMS open source "pligg" from pligg.com. By looking at the design, it was similar to digg.com site. But anyone please share your thought that for which type of projects we can use "Pligg" CMS compare to wordpress or CMSMS?

They are saying that it's used for social networking websites. so does it the main advantage of it compare to wordpress and CMSMS?
