If you are referring to the TIME on the forum, you can change that in your PROFILE.
Go to the LOOK AND LAYOUT PREFERENCES.  There is a time OFFSET option listed.

- Click the AUTO DETECT option and it will check the time on the website server compared to YOUR location and set the appropriate time difference for you. 
- Manually you can change the time by putting in -1, -2, 1, 2, etc.  That changes the time at the top of the page and on your posts.
