Used this software this morning to give support and WOW!
Simple setup (seconds), No technical ability required to setup or use this.
Was connected solidly for 45 minutes. No wavering or lag time.
I could have taken control the host machine (with her permission).
Instead I joined to her session (standard settings).
As I instructed her, I would click on a button, leaving a colored arrow on the screen for her to see.
She would click it herself. Excellent for teaching people what to do.
I would HIGHLY recommend this tiny piece of software.
You can turn it off so when you reboot your machine it does not start again.
Then turn it on only when you need it.
