All of them create xara tutorials ranging from very beginner to pros....WONDERFUL resources!
Search for these names and you will find more good tutorials!

I'm a bit PO'ed at Xara, they were supposed to go open source but then never deilvered onthe promis. The LX version does work if buggy but there are some key lib's that are still propriteary.
Anyway, have you tried Inksacpe? It has a similar blur feature that Xara has but is not in CD or AI

Many Xara users came from inkscape! And some still use it to supplement.
