Hello,
I'm trying to make a pan and zoom action in Flash and can't seem to find it anywhere even though it's a very common feature. Here is a link to what I mean.

I guess you would call it an interactive slideshow.
I would like for the user to be able to use the controls to pan and zoom a large image within the window by clicking and draging or using buttoms below the screen.
If someone could help me with this, I would really appreciate it.
Thanks,
Bob

There is a FREE zoom tool at this page: h**p://www.zoomify.com/ for personal or commercial without payment. Looks like what you would like to do!!! I might give it a try too.
I have used the Panorama Factory to stitch images together and add HOT SPOTS to zoom in and out of images.
h**p://www.panoramafactory.com/index.html 30 day free trial.
Perfect for realestate agents showing properties.

Thank you for the information! I'll give it a try and report back. I'm trying to find out how to do it in Flash but I can't seem to find out how. Thanks again.

Depending on WHICH flash program you use, there are templates you can use to help sometimes.
The freebie I sent you to look at creates a FLASH file for you using a standard set of templates (you just add in the images necessary).
