Font Size in Program Does Not Show When Published

I have been using Trellix then CSB3, 4, 5 for years and still like to use it.    I am trying to publish a something in Arial Black....but the font size I want to use does not seem to be able to be published and I wonder if there is a work around.

The program shows font sizes 36 and 28.  Nevertheless it is possible by hand enter to enter size 32 and then that font shows properly within the program, however when I go to publish the page, the font reverts to size 28 on the page.

So I am wondering if there is some work around that will allow me to publish something with Arial Black in size 32?

Hi!
Fonts are limited to machines and browsers do not display all sizes!
Arial black 32 is not going to show online like it does in CSB. Ever.
Use a picture of the text you want to show, or stay within safe fonts.
