Changing password

I would like to change the password into our website.  I have done it before, but I cannot figure out how to do it now.  Can someone point me in the right direction?

Your web host provides you a way to get into your account to make changes.
You would need to sign into your website as normal, into the control panel area of the website.
Then you would need to reset the password in that area. 
Once you have the password changed in the control panel, you would need to change the password in your web building software (ex: CSB publishing options).
