(cocoa ?)  ???   :-\

It is a pity that in Venezuela, having one of the best cacao in the world, do not know how to make good chocolate...
Before oil (petroleo), their economy was based on cacao and coffee, both still appreciated in the entire world.

Toasted

Cacao is the raw pods (fruit) and beans inside them.
The beans are cleaned and roasted, then called Cocoa     :D

bakery

One of my delights as a kid walking to school was to walk past the bakery, with the smell of delicious bread. I still remember the bakers loading their horse-drawn carts preparing for their bread delivery. Occasionally I would go in and buy a half-loaf of still-steaming bread, and eat it from the inside, leaving the crust.

Spicy

We had 3 tiny bakeries within 2 blocks from our home all on different schedules. Could get fresh baked bread 3 times a day.. wonderful brotchen..rolls that are crispy outside and soft fluffy inside. Love them as a kid and was just as impressed when we went back 25 years later!

The Sichuan region of China is famous for its spicy hot pot dishes. Have you tried any? I don't like very spicy food much. I can't enjoy eating while my eyes and nose are running all the time!

I'm not much for spicy... except garlic
In the southern USA nearly every kitchen has a crock pot (slow cooker).  Put things in frozen, come back several hours later...dinner.

peperoncino
(hot pepper)

I like hot food. I use my own hot recipe over almost anything, except sweet food.
I make everything, from this:

After letting sun-dry the peppers several months and adding my own species, to this:

A teaspoon over pasta, meats, soups, etc... delicious!

As you probably know, good and tasty food is a sacred matter for Italians. :D

Your hot sauce would be popular in this area. I know a few people that carry tiny tabasco sauce bottles so they can add HEAT to just about anything.

forest

Every now and then, I go to walk with my dog to a pine forest on a mountain near home. One of the things I like more is to smell the woody fresh air of that place.

Sami, no offense, but, I just want you to know that Tabasco, according to my personal point of view, is a Volkswagen compared with a Rolls Royce.
BTW, I also like Tabasco...

searchers

Yes, there are a lot of people in town that search for mushrooms from August to October, mostly for sport (fitness) rather than for food.
I don't do it, because i don't know how to recognise the good ones from the bad ones, but I frequently see them during my walks...

Sami, this is the 200 Mb removable disk: (uncovered)

14 inches in diameter, 20 storage surfaces, 20 R/W heads that "float" a few microns above the surfaces @ more than 3000 RPM... Imagine our face (technicians) when a customer call came in saying "we had a disk crash!"
