worm

obviously, we don't, but we do have the same saying in Spanish:
"Feliz como una lombriz"

literally: "Happy as a worm..."

It doesn't rhyme in English...  :D

Silk threads are so strong. Strange to think they come from worms!  Maybe you were there at the wrong time of the year to see the worms.  ;) :D

(Tony you were right. Chickens and other critters do have a chest.   But if I went into a restaurant and ordered white meat chicken I would get 2 choices:  wing or breast. The breast meat is 1/2 a chest. If you asked for chicken chest you would get very strange looks.   ??? ??? ???)

drywalling ceilings...
I've got to find an easy, economic and safety way to reach the ceiling while working around. Some kind of stilts.
Any suggestion?

Check into "painter stilts". Strap on the legs to give a bit more height.
You may be able to RENT them.

OR build short scaffolding that would allow you to walk above the floor.
http://u.lasoo.com.au/Content/Images/UserStories/22764ef9-7dba-455a-b0db-da6530bdc6cd_1694955339.jpg
You can probably rent that too.

There are ladders that bend/fold to become scaffold. Like this one:
http://www.infolink.com.au/odin/images/197307/Spacepac-introduces-Heavy-Duty-Multi-Fold-Step-Ladder.jpg

Or this one that comes apart into 2 pieces and you can make it into a scaffold with a wooden board.
http://www.thelittleladderstore.com/TheLittleGiantLadderSystem.html
same ladder as a scaffold:
http://www.thelittleladderstore.com/LittleGiantLadderTelescopingScaffoldPlank.html
This type ladder is very practical for so many uses!  Might be the type thing you should have on your long-term project.

OR up and down ladders  :yuck:

OUCH!  I can not imagine drilling any part of my hand!  Keep that clean so it does not get infected!

roller coaster

I already have a scaffolding like http://u.lasoo.com.au/Content/Images/UserStories/22764ef9-7dba-455a-b0db-da6530bdc6cd_1694955339.jpg with anti-fall security bars and everything, but it only gives you a couple yards of reach, one way only, and then you have to reposition it, not to mention that it is also a sort of ladder but much more bulky...

Stilts are out of question, I saw them on YouTube, but... I also saw a wonderful and funny idea swapping around: one guy attached a pair of shoes to the bottom of two plastic 5 gallon empty paint pails, obviously up side down, and that's it!
Funny when you walk, like stilts, but much more stables, secure and easy to wear, just like putting on a pair of shoes. I'm now figuring out how to attach the shoes to the pails...  :whistling:

On my way back down the coast (by car) on this trip, I will stop around early August, at the place where my boat is berthed. I will stay on the boat about 3 weeks before continuing home by car. This will take about a week, so I will be back home early September.
