Michelangelo

Maestro dei maestri... (Master of masters)
(Michelangelo Buonarroti), 1475–1564, Italian sculptor, painter, architect, and poet.

For me, the biggest ever. I doubt the humanity can give us another artist of his size.

Well, it sounded logical to me... we were talking about Hitman, which is a movie and the protagonist has a barcode tattooed on his head in order to be scanned...

(Ok...this is what my mind came up with after reading several posts in a row...
the terra cotta warriors are fascinating photos ...wish I could see them in person.
They made me think of China, then Tony's post about electricity made me think of sparks which led to fireworks that were also Chinese inventions.  So Chinese was the common factor in the last posts for me...)

Clarification:
In the movie, Victor Victoria, the lead actress Julie Andrews (best known as nannies in Mary Poppins and Sound of Music) plays a strange character.  She is dressed as a man half the time. The other half she is dressed as a woman. But when she is dressed as a woman, her character is acting like a MAN dressed up as a woman!

The movie is silly.  Her character is funny.
She is a female singer that could not get hired.
But the club she wanted to play in would hire a cross-dressing MAN.
So to get the job, she said she was a MAN that could LOOK and SOUND like a woman.
She was immediately hired by the night club.
The rest of the movie revolves around the fact that she is NOT a MAN but has to act like a man...except when that man is trying to be a woman. Then she can look/sound like herself, but not BE herself.
SO.... "Andrews plays a woman playing a man playing a woman"   :D

Austria

I think I can get this clarification too:
Julie Andrews, the actress in Victor Victoria was the nanny in Sound of Music.
One of the songs  in Sound of Music (a very popular song in Austria) was Edelweiss.

So..train of thought went from Victor Victoria to Edelweiss because the actress was Julie Andrews for both!
And Edelweiss makes me immediately think of Austria.

Previous post w clarification for you Tony:

Spot on Sami! Christopher Plummer co-starred with Julie Andrews and sung Edelweiss which is very popular in Austria especially as children music.

Christopher Plummer had a WONDERFUL :hearts: voice.  He could read me the phone book... Sigh.
I have sensitive ears and find some voices (like my own) very annoying. I am way to high pitch.
His tone/timber fits my ears nicely.  :hearts:

Robin

a swarm of HUNDREDS of birds in front and back yard that sweep up my street in one day in a wave of feathers then gone...fascinating to watch!
