can't install CSB5

Can't install CSB5 in my Windows7 Ultimate.  I just picked up another computer with Win7 Ultimate and it is still downloading numerous service packs so it may solve the problem itself.  I'm going to totally lose it if I can't use my program.  I have a few large sites online in that program.  Anyone have any suggestions??

Sorry about delay in response.  Now that you have your system up to date, did you get CSB installed?
