Post by: hidden on June 24, 2008, 09:33:25 AM
Dear friends,

This is part of my home page viewed with Internet Explorer:

and this with FireFox:

Any help to take off those horizontal table lines?  :(

Also, the background Sea Waves sound is not audible with FireFox....  :-\

Thanks

Happy Summer, from Italy :boogie:

This technique is so easy and have been published on samisite.com in LOTS of places!

To hide the lines of a table in Firefox:
Don't turn off your table borders.  They show in FireFox and other browsers.   Make them invisible!

Right click Table  choose Properties  > Table
Hide the table borders using the dotted lines.

More information about tables is here. (http://www.samisite.com/test-csb/id36.htm)

Oh please.  Don't be sorry. :D
It was a very good question. And you did not know where to look to find the answer.
The forum is the perfect place to get it resolved.

I think I will move this to the Frequently Asked Questions area of CSB.
It is a common issue that everyone should know.
But like you, many do not so I like to post it on several pages on the site.
I am glad you asked the question so it is now part of the forum too!
