wysiwyg web builder or sitespinner

I am trying both of these web site builder and I'm still not used to them. Does anyone have an opinion of which of these two are better? Or know of any other new web building software that I should be aware of?

I love Spinner and learned it very quickly by just building a simple site with it. I tried Web Builder but it wasn't right for me. Did you take a look in all the threads listed on the index re: other software? There might be helpful comments there. I always say there is never really a best builder because it depends on the site being built and the web master's previous knowledge and skills.
