Eversoft came out with an HTML editor years ago, First Page 2000. It was a my first HTML editor because it was free, but also because it was loaded with TONS of stuff (scripts, and more). It was very nice to work in.
They have come out with another version (finally) that fixes bugs and updates the software to current.
First Page 2006 is still an HTML EDITOR, but it goes further. For those who want complete control over the code! Free to use limited functions, pay to unlock all.

One thing that intrigues me is:
Powerful Server Side Includes Support
Insert SSI includes and watch the included pages appear in the preview tab. Ditch your local web server because First Page now renders/previews SSI includes internally.
Mixed reviews...some love it, some think it runs too slowly...
