Yes.  Saw that.  And I have an excellent IFRAMES tutorial (highly ranked on Google and yahoo) here.

But as I mentioned before, Frames and Iframes are different. 
Some things I do in a framed environment I would not do in a iframe. And so far, I do not see how Site Spinner does FRAMES.
