Unexpected chuckle...banking in the 2007!
« on: May 14, 2007, 09:56:57 PM »
I have used electronic banking for so long that when I wrote an actual PAPER check last week for my tree work, the bank would not accept it. LOL

The owner of the tree service called and begged me to talk to my bank to clear it up.  She was told I had funds in the bank to cover the check but that they did not recognize a paper check from me anymore because it had been so long since I used one, this check caused a flag to fly on my account. After much convincing, I got them to accept the check and pay it out.  VERY NICE security!  :clapping:

lol Sam, that sounds like how I use my accounts anymore. I typically write about twenty paper checks a year if that and mostly for gifts. Nice bank!
