How do I or can I place text on inserted link?

How or can I move the, ( Products & Services that are financed), text up on my inserted link (American Finance Picture & link)?

3 ways:
1) put a RETURN at the end of the link so the image is BELOW the text
2) Right click the image and change the LOCATION setting so the image appears to the right/left of the text
3) a 2 column table (with the outside set to dotted invisible lines) link in column 1, image in column 2  Both columns can be centered vertically.

Since your question is not about the IMAGE creation, etc and it is still a CSB issue so I put the post under CSB.
