WELCOME TO THE SITE.  :flowers:

If you are sure about your user name and password, then the problem is usually found in these fields:
        ftp host address hhttps://www.domainbsite.com
        ftp directory /hs13

Host address might be your domain, or it could be ftp... or something else depending on your host.
I do notice that you are using hhttps in the address.
This should be https or http.  no double h.
Using the S in https means you are trying to connect to an SFTP (SECURE) connection.  CSB CAN NOT publish to https.  CSB was not built to use only standard FTP not SFTP.  So it can connect to addresses with http but not https.
Try changing to http://www.domainsite.com and see if that works for you.

If your host REQUIRES SFTP (secure connections using https) you will not be able to publish directly to your host with CSB.  CHECK THIS OUT WITH YOUR HOST.

There is a way you can still build with CSB and get your web pages to your website.
You can PREVIEW a copy of the files to your own computer then use other software (FTP software) to upload the files.  This adds another minute to the process, is NOT difficult but it is an extra step.  If you need to do this I can walk you through it.

ftp directory /hs13
The ftp directory may be correct or not.  Many hosts require a specific folder called public or public_html or www, etc.  This may be correct for your host.  Again check with your host.

Again Welcome to the site!
