How do I Load Flash?

How do I load this banner?  I tried looking at the source code and copying everything between (<html>  </html>)  But, when I loaded into my webgem, it would not work.

Any suggestions?

I moved your topic to the CSB section of the forum (about half way down the main page of the forum under DISCONTINUED SOFTWARE).

A while back a posted a step by step instruction for flash.  Check it out here.
